Putting the art back in Comic Art, C.A.S.T. is a gallery-styled exhibit featuring the works of local and regional artists.

Opening for the first time on the 10th of March 2012 at the Social Creatives Museum in Millenia Walk for an extended 5 week run, Comic Art & Story-Telling is a gallery-styled exhibit focusing on the varying types of art seen in comic books as well as educating visitors on the process of comic creation.

Having done smaller reprisals at the library@esplanade, Blangah Rise Primary School and Telok Blangah Community Centre, C.A.S.T. is Jove Pater Media’s primary initiative in bringing the talents of Singapore-based comic artists to the every man to best promote this niche story-telling and art medium.

Although the “tour” is done for this year, we are hoping to be able to bring our exhibit (and our ever-changing catalogue of art) across Singapore in Community Centers and schools.

When’s the next event?

While we currently do not have plans to organise another C.A.S.T, we would be happy to be involved in any comic or storytelling event that could use our services. Get in touch with us at cast@jovepatermedia.com.
